Order Status

Hello. I was wondering if my order status has been updated recently? It's been almost 3 weeks since I've placed my order for a wall scroll, but my order status (Order ID: 15788) still says "Payment Received -- Order Being Processed." Is there an issue with my wall scroll or is it just taking longer for some reason? It's fine if I have to wait a bit longer, but I wanted to make sure it would still be arriving at my home at some point.

Wow, we totally screwed this up. I had someone shipping on Thursday Sept. 5th, but it seems your order got skipped. I presumed every pending order was shipped, but did not double check (I'm wagging my finger at myself now).

I'll pack and ship this today, and I will be emailing you a gift certificate code for $20 off your next order to make up for my mistake.
