Advice needed for scroll

Post by Sorsha » Aug 18, 2011 12:17 am

I would like to order a calligraphy scroll. I am a tiger and my husband is a dragon, so I want something that has both characters on it along with something else to put the two together. I'm not sure what actually makes sense in Chinese though. For instance, if I had Dragon - Tiger - Double Happiness, does that actually form a meaningful concept, or does it just read as three random characters? Or maybe Dragon - Tiger - Soulmates? Any suggestions for something that would actually make sense and be meaningful would be great.

Thanks a lot

Sorry for the late response, we were on a family vacation in the desert last week, warm...! :)

For the idioms that involved both tiger and dragon, there are more than 95 options, there's also many phrases (more than four characters) that have both characters in them. But they don't really apply to a relationship or couples (in a romantic or loving way...).

Here are couple of them that may work for you
